This one really helped my back pain. And in general helped my mood and sleep. It also tasted like peanut butter a little bit!
I wasn’t sure about this flavor, and the fact that it could make me hungry at night time, was a turn off. So, I bought it and was surprised it didn’t make me hungry at night. I love peanut butter, I eat it, by the spoonfuls, lol. It has a rich creamy peanutty 🥜taste.
